Rostselmash received the AUTONET AWARDS 2020
Rostselmash received the AUTONET AWARDS 2020 in the Best Idea nomination. The company received the award for the development of automatic control systems for the Agrotronic Pilot 2.0 combine harvester.
During this year, smart electronic systems were tested during the harvesting of wheat, soybeans, sunflowers, corn with Rostselmash combines in the Rostov and Belgorod Kursk regions. Agromachines worked by the continuous cut method, as well as harvesting by "felling" and harvesting by "row".
In preparation for harvesting, electronic systems made optimal planning of work in the field, taking into account the entire range of available equipment and the specifics of the field itself. During the harvesting of agricultural crops, the automation itself controlled the trajectory (with an accuracy of 2.5 cm) and the speed of the combine, performed various technological operations, such as turning with a change in the speed of movement and raising the header, and also reacted to any emergency situations. At the end of the harvest, the electronic systems accumulated and transmitted data, thus forming a map of the field yield for further agronomic analysis. Also, zones of oppressed harvest were identified for the close attention of the holding's agronomic services.
During the tests, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev were able to familiarize themselves with the smart electronic systems of Rostselmash
The awarding took place within the framework of the online forum "Autonet-2020", which is dedicated to trends in the automated transport industry, digital services and transportation and logistics services. In total, there were 4 nominations in the competition and more than 300 participants.
