Rostselmash Digital Systems

Modern agriculture is unthinkable without digitalization. Automatic driving, interactive assistants, autonomous process control systems - all this has long become not just a reality, but a necessity for an agricultural enterprise that wants to develop.

Today, Rostselmash offers its own vision of the necessary digital systems to the market. These are innovations in the field of machine vision, autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, big data analysis. Rostselmash innovative solutions are already being applied in soil preparation, fertilizing, sowing, treatment against diseases and pests, in harvesting and forage conservation.

Currently Rostelmash also offers solutions in the field of inter-machine interaction, including the identification of tools, training systems using neural networks, monitoring and analysis, as well as recommendations for the machine operator, agronomist, manager. Digital solutions form Rostselmash ecosystem, which provides reduced costs, operations, time, errors and increasing efficiency, reliability and process stability.

RSM Explorer

The RSM Explorer auto-driving system is designed to facilitate and enhance the work of a combine harvester operator. When using RSM Explorer, a machine follows either the swath or the field edge - these are two functions that are provided by one set of equipment. Unlike the existing swath auto-driving systems that use satellite positioning signals, and field edge auto-driving systems that use one or two special video cameras, RSM Explorer allows to work in the field without satellite navigation signals and with only one standard video camera.

The autopilot allows to focus on the settings, while the combine moves along a predetermined path, automatically turns around at the headland or goes around obstacles (the system can also urgently stop the machine). The system uses algorithms based on neural networks, they allow training - the longer it is used, the more accurate its operation becomes.

The advantages of RSM Explorer are obvious: an increase in shift productivity (according to tests, by almost 20%), reduction in fuel and lubricants costs due to the use of optimal routes for the combine harvester - by 15% and, of course, reduction in operator load.

RSM Optimax

Optimax is an interactive assistant to combine harvester operator. The system helps to choose the best settings for working in different conditions and with different crops. A combine operator selects the necessary operating parameter which requires attention using Optimax. Based on the analysis of the current harvesting parameters, operator data, own sensors and on-board systems, the electronic assistant offers new settings in accordance with the given task. Most parameters change automatically - without the need for operator intervention.

Optimax helps to make decisions in difficult situations, contributes to the constant professional growth of the operator and reduces the risk of his erroneous actions, and, which is most important, increases efficiency and grain quality by reducing time and losses associated with combine adjustment.

The system is part of TORUM combine basic software.

RSM IQ-Doser

An innovative conservant dosing system is responsible for the automatic conservant adding and harmonizes them with harvested crop humidity and forage harvester performance. The system works with two types of conservants - diluted and concentrated, while the dosage and its parameters are set separately for each type.

IQ-Doser operates in several modes - from continuous mode, when the dosage is set by the operator, and combine performance and crop humidity do not affect the intensity, to the mode determined on the basis of humidity, performance and mass dryness degree: the system adds accurate conservant doses that vary in real time and depending on changing harvesting conditions.

As a result, IQ-Doser improves forage quality and significantly reduces conservant consumption. Another advantage is the possibility to monitor harvested crop yield and moisture content, which is provided by system components.

RSM Draper Stream 1240

Two devices in one - a specialized Draper Stream 1240 header allows not only to harvest crops, but also to put the crop in a swath.

The header is designed to work in fields with both high and low yields and provides a thorough and gentle approach to harvesting due to a number of process features: the mass is fed to threshing evenly, terrain feelers are located across the entire width, the header can work without loss at high speeds: swaying is eliminated and an even cut is ensured due to the wheel stabilization system.

The transition to swath stacking mode in technically simple: it is required to dismantle a beater spacer and move conveyors for mass stacking to the right or left.

The main advantage of Draper Stream 1240 is a possibility of significant savings, since a combine harvester becomes even more versatile and allows the enterprise to stop using a self-propelled mower with a windrower, which means saving more than 3 million rubles.
