Bulgarian Farmers are Preparing for Harvesting

19 June 2019

The annual preharvesting exhibition of the Rostselmash agricultural machines and equipment has ended in Bulgaria. The event has brought together 140 representatives of commercial farm units. The company has introduced two different harvesting premieres, RSM 161 and NOVA, to the farmers.

The RSM 161 is a two-reel grain harvester. Combination of unrivalled TETRA Processor threshing system, 6 walkers, OptiFlow cleaning shoe and a number of other innovations recognized by 22 patents guarantees machine will keep working where other harvesters stumble.

The second harvesting premiere of the exhibition is the NOVA harvester. The model combines high productivity, affordable cost and minimal expenses for maintenance. Small size and manoeuvrability make this harvester indispensable for the operation in small fields with complex contours without any losses in performance efficiency.

Farmers have shown a greater level of interest throughout the exhibition day. It has been stirred up through active efforts to promote Russian farming machines. Particularly, a series of demos to show Rostselmash combine harvesters were held right in the field in a few areas in Bulgaria last year.  Farmers saw the machines’ performance and high threshing quality. Also, Rostselmash jointly with the Bulgarian partner has developed and proposed to Bulgarian growers a suite of financial instruments making the modern energy-packed equipment more affordable.
