Rostselmash Agricultural Machines to Pave Your Way to Success

20 May 2019

Rostselmash has presented solutions for European growers in Serbia. From May 11 through 17, NOVI SAD INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL FAIR is taking place in Novi Sad.

This agricultural forum is the region’s biggest event and has been held annually since 1957, bringing together about 150m guests and over 1,500 exhibitors. NOVI SAD is in the top 5 fairs in Europe and top 10 globally.

“The fair was conceived to cover the farming industry, to educate attendees on high quality products and today’s trends in farming business. Growers will have the chance to see a broad range of agricultural machines and equipment, breeding stock, and farms’ products, workshops on the application of state-of-the-art technology, consultations and forums with globally renowned experts,” a fair spokesman said.

The company’s stand was visited by Branislav Nedimovic, Agriculture and Environment Protection Minister, during the ceremonial opening of the fair. The Minister looked at the farming machines showcased, spoke to the company’s experts.

At its stand, Rostselmash put on display the long-loved and proven agricultural machines. For one, attendees could see the RSM 161 grain harvester. Powerful and unrivalled, it outperforms many of its competitors in terms of performance and threshing quality. The machine demonstrates high performance in difficult field conditions, with high moisture and weediness levels.

The fair has also proven the anticipated interest in the NOVA, a Class 3 compact combine harvester. The key feature of this machine is that it can effectively handle crops yielding up to 400 bushels per hectare, in challenging field conditions, and with minimum losses possible. On average, the combine can harvest 8 to 9 tph (with a 14 tph peak capacity), translating into 300 to 500 hectares of cereals cut per season. This is an excellent figure for compact combines.
